hey this comment has nothing to do with your post, but i just noticed you finally put up a picture of you, ha ha ha. i think you are much better looking than that. really.
i do appreciate a man who can take command of his fitness um... equipment. spinning class...that's one thing I haven't tried. hmmm.
I think it's better that way...somehow that sounds like it would hurt.
