I wonder if that really is true...that hate is so much easier than love? About the anger thing, I've learned that being happy really is easier than being angry...it takes less energy. I think to hate someone, some thing, we actually have to work harder at keeping that emotion up...love just is - nothing invents it, nothing keeps it, it is what it is. Seems easier.
She's right, you know... it is so much easier to let everything go and just... 'love'. Hating is stressful and does require more work.
But you know this, my dear p/o.
